Executive Privacy Overview

KyrosPub operates as a business-to-business (B2B) digital research repository and content syndication platform powered by KyrosB2B.com Inc. We collect and process professional contact details and technical interaction telemetry strictly to facilitate corporate research distribution and connect industry decision-makers with relevant market intelligence.

01. Scope & Legal Entity Identification

This Global Privacy Policy and Data Governance Charter ("Privacy Policy") governs the processing of Personal Data by KyrosPub, a digital publishing property owned and operated by KyrosB2B.com Inc. ("KyrosPub," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, registered users, corporate subscribers, content syndicators, and enterprise decision-makers accessing our websites, mobile interfaces, research API endpoints, and gated publication repositories (collectively, the "Services").

For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR"), the UK GDPR, and applicable global data privacy statutes, KyrosB2B.com Inc. serves as the primary Data Controller for Personal Data collected directly through the Services. Where KyrosPub syndicates third-party whitepapers or technical reports sponsored by enterprise vendors, KyrosPub and the respective content sponsor may act as independent Data Controllers regarding lead information captured upon gated download requests.

02. Categories of Personal Data Collected

Adhering strictly to the statutory principle of Data Minimization under GDPR Art. 5(1)(c), we limit our collection of Personal Data to categories strictly necessary for fulfilling our B2B syndication mission and delivering technical insights. We categorize collected data as follows:

A. Professional Identity Data

Full name, corporate email address, business telephone number, job title, seniority level, functional department, corporate name, industry sector, employee size tier, and corporate geographic location.

B. Technical & Device Telemetry

Internet Protocol (IP) address, anonymized routing data, browser type and version, operating system, TLS cipher handshake specs, language preferences, device hardware model, and unique session tokens.

C. Research Telemetry & Usage Logs

Whitepaper preview timestamps, download records, vertical search queries, content category engagement metrics, reading duration, referring URLs, and interactive modal triggers.

D. Commercial & Communication Data

Records of support correspondence, marketing preferences, newsletter subscription status, whitepaper syndication agreements, and explicit consent timestamps.

03. Lawful Bases for Processing (GDPR Art. 6)

Every processing operation conducted by KyrosPub is grounded in an established statutory Lawful Basis under Article 6 of the GDPR:

  • Contractual Performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): Necessary to create user accounts, deliver requested PDF whitepapers, provide customer support, and fulfill platform Terms of Use obligations.
  • Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): Processing is necessary for our legitimate commercial interests in maintaining network security, preventing fraudulent downloads, refining our publication taxonomy, and conducting direct B2B marketing to professionals within relevant industry sectors, provided such interests are not overridden by the fundamental rights of data subjects.
  • Explicit Opt-In Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Required when downloading gated research publications sponsored by third-party vendor partners, or when subscribing to tailored newsletter intelligence alerts.
  • Statutory Compliance (Art. 6(1)(c)): Processing required to satisfy legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory audit obligations.

As a specialized B2B research vault and demand generation ecosystem, KyrosPub partners with technology enterprise vendors, cloud providers, cybersecurity firms, and research institutions ("Sponsors") to provide high-value technical whitepapers and benchmark studies at zero monetary cost to qualified professionals.

Gated Whitepaper Download Protocol

When you register or submit your professional contact details to access or download a whitepaper clearly marked as "Sponsored" or authored by an enterprise partner:

  2. The Sponsor receives your data as an independent Data Controller for the purpose of follow-up B2B outreach and technical consultation regarding the subject matter of the whitepaper.
  3. All Sponsors are contractually bound under executed Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) to adhere to strict privacy safeguards and afford you an immediate opt-out mechanism in every communication.
